Taylors Bulbs Wilja Seed Potatoes from the 'Grow Your Own' range are a Second Early potato variety for harvest July to August. High yield white potato variety bred since the 1970's. In the kitchen Wilja are best cooked by boiling because they keep their form well when cooked. Wilja flesh is white and the texture is floury which also makes this a good choice for mashing.
