Salad Leaves, Mesclun Mixed

Quick growing, mix of superb tastes and textures. So very easy, makes
any salad much more interesting. A good source of vitamin C.
COOKING TIP: Toss mesclun with halved cherry tomatoes in olive oil, lemon juice and a little honey. Serve on top of toasted french bread rubbed with garlic and top with goat's cheese.
